Mission Statement – Havurah Keruv of Manchester is an independent, freestanding community whose foundational belief is that a healthy Judaism is a balance between ritual, learning, and soul focus alongside communal, and social concerns.

To this end, we gather for monthly Shabbat services led by lay members, incorporating special holidays, followed by a bountiful potluck dinner and convivial conversation. Our High Holy Day Services are well-attended, complemented by an extraordinary Break Fast Celebratory Dinner, and we also organize and sponsor an annual Tu B’Shevat celebration.

We are inclusive, welcome new members, embrace and respect our diversity and trans-denominational common Judaism and inter-marriage.
